BLEEDER, a contemporary mystery, is due out in August 2009 from Sophia Institute Press. It is entering the last proofing stages and seems to be on schedule. It will be available only from the publisher's web site for the first three months, then in bookstores and through other online booksellers after that (I think they want to see how the sales go online before deciding how many to print for broader distribution).
