The photo shoot for the cover was February 7, while I was attending "Love is Murder," the Mystery Writers of America conference in Chicago (more on that later). Here's another cover mock-up using a shot from that session, with the bearded cleric wearing bandages and a rosary. They're still playing with the typestyle, I'm told.
